Frequently asked questions

How do I choose the correct size for my child?

Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page and compare the measurements with your child's existing clothing before placing an order.

Should I order a bigger size if my child is between two sizes?

We recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Does the set include both the top and bottom? Can I purchase the top or bottom separately?

The product includes a top and a bottom. The product cannot be purchased separately.

How do I place an order? What payment methods do you accept?

Simply select your preferred items, choose the size and quantity, and proceed to checkout to place your order. We only accept payment methods available through our Shopify checkout and do not accept payments outside our website.

Can I order more than one size or sports uniform in a single order?

Yes! You can purchase multiple sports uniforms, sizes and designs in a single order.

Can I change my size or order details after placing an order?

Once an order has been placed, no changes to sizes, quantities, or order details are allowed. Please double-check your order before checkout, as any incorrect selections will require a new purchase.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically take approximately 3 weeks to be ready from the date of purchase. Some orders may be completed earlier depending on the production schedule.

Can I exchange the uniform if the size doesn't fit my child?

All uniforms are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order, as a new purchase will be required if a different size is needed.

Will the jersey colour look exactly the same as the website photos?

Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and production differences.

How should I wash and care for the sports uniform?

We recommend washing in cold water with mild detergent, turning the garment inside out and avoiding bleach or direct ironing on printed areas.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?

Please contact us with your order number. When we respond, kindly provide clear photos of the issue for our review. We will assess the matter and assist accordingly.

Who should I contact if I have questions about my order?

Please contact us through the contact details provided on our website and include your order number for faster assistance.
